Hi,
I’m Racquelle Randle, MBA
I bring a strong accounting foundation and nearly a decade of hands-on financial management experience to small service-based businesses that need more than surface-level bookkeeping.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration. Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked closely with small business owners to manage bookkeeping, financial operations, reporting systems, and cleanup projects — ensuring their numbers are accurate, organized, and decision-ready.
Service-based businesses operate differently than product-based companies. Your revenue may fluctuate. You may work with retainers, projects, contractors, or payroll. You may experience seasonal dips or inconsistent cash cycles. That means your bookkeeping must be structured properly — not just categorized.
I don’t believe in “data entry bookkeeping.”
Accurate bookkeeping means:
• Every account reconciled properly
• Liabilities tracked correctly
• Contractor and payroll expenses recorded accurately
• Revenue categorized in a way that shows real performance
• Financial reports reviewed for consistency and accuracy
• Cleanup work handled thoroughly — not rushed at tax time
Most small business owners come to me when they feel uncertain about their numbers.
Maybe your profit doesn’t match your bank balance.
Maybe your books are months behind.
Maybe you’re unsure how much you can safely pay yourself.
Maybe you’re preparing for tax season and don’t trust your reports.
That uncertainty creates stress. And stress limits growth.
My role is to remove that uncertainty.
I organize your books, reconcile every balance sheet account, structure your reporting properly, and deliver clean, reliable monthly financials that you can actually use to make decisions.
You’ll understand:
• Your true profitability
• Your real cash position
• Your upcoming obligations
• Your tax readiness
• Whether your pricing supports your goals
When your books are accurate, everything else becomes clearer. You make decisions faster. You plan better. You stop guessing.
I work best with serious small service-based business owners who want structure, clarity, and financial confidence — not quick fixes.
My goal is simple:
To give you clean books, organized systems, and financial reporting you can trust so you can run your business with confidence and focus on growth.
